About The Wild Road

When I was younger, I read a book called "De Wilde Wegen" (which is translated as "The Wild Road" in English) and it was my favourite for such a long time.
I still enjoy reading it and am super happy to have a hardcopy version in my bookshelf.
I never really knew what to call my crew site, though. Until about two years ago, my eyes fell on my book and my brain went 'Tada!'.

For my petz, I use several prefixes:

    I go by Nightwish. When I was a kid, my parents adopted a Maine Coon kitten which litter theme was Nightwish songs.
    I was curious and decided to look it up. Nightwish started my love for metal music, which I still listen to these days.
    Over the years (we're talking +10 years here), I've become attached to the name.

    I live in Europe and in my free time I love to read and draw. I have a RedBubble shop where I upload some artwork every now and then.
    My interests also include biology (my first education) and programming (my second education and the field I now work in).
    I'm vegan and I own two lovely Norwegian Forest Cats, Emma and Skadi, who have their own Instagram account.
